Rod, I used to have it, I believe that I detailed the three floorless (two are no longer there) during a lengthy period in June/July 1998 on this thread, when I told every one, that wanted to listen, to bail out (the stock was still well above $4, presplit, two years later, as predicted it is only 10% of that value). Out of the $85 MM European floorless I believe that about $50 MM is still out there. Maybe I have the date wrong, I thought that it was becoming effective (the variable conversion rate) in June of 2001. The place to check this is in a recent 10Q, that should outline the terms of that convertible debt. If it does not, you should go back to the 10Q (and a number of S-3) in the period March to July 1998 where I originally found these.
