Expect USRX to exert more pressure as they cut prices and utilize 3COM's sales force to gain remote access market share. ASND will have to respond by cutting prices thus lowering margins. Still, ASND/CSCC will be a formidable force and a good long-term bet. David, I own shares in COMS, USRX, ASND and CSCC. It is my belief there is pleanty of market for the two combined entities. I feel ASND/CSCC is really targeting the CSCO clients. They do compete with COMS/USRX but only in the remote access. They are both good margers and I like both companies. I like CSCO too but feel they are getting a bit pricy at present. Glenn
