I fail to understand why you consider Nortel as being overvalued. It is a growth stock with a P/E ratio between 50-60. It has no where near the value of other tech stocks with triple digit P/E ratios, such as, Ciena.

It is a dominant player in its industry and still maintains phenomenal growth rate for a company its size. As some have stated, 80% of the internet infrastructure must still be built, thus assuring further growth for the next few years. (I don't believe that that 80% includes China and India).
The company has increased its revenues from $15 billion to over $40 billion in 3 years. And indications are that it will continue growing at 40% next year.

Again, why do you say NT is overpriced? What I'm I missing here.

Cheers
