I can't help but remember the G-man's "overexuberance" speech in which he seemed disturbed by investors' "sudden wealth". >>.....Oh Lord, no. We can't have average folks making money.<< I'm not suggesting that his attacks on the markets at the time were intentional, but it does seem to be the ignitor of massive sell-offs we've experienced since then. "The G Man is caught between a rock and a hard place. " Correction, it is investors who are caught between a rock and a hard place.
