David,

Just like to share a few thoughts. I still feel ZMAX will be a major success, not just because of their management, tool set, 0% error rates, major contracts etc., etc. - but because the closer we get to 1998 I feel that the y2k problem will generate an extraordinary amount of press resulting in an exponential price rise for stocks like ZMAX who have the capability to correct very large numbers of lines of code with no error.

On the other hand I have become quite disappointed in the performance of two of the other stocks that you and I also own. For example, the "G" stock I am holding at a loss right now in a bull market making new highs daily, and after a "wildly oversubscribed" private placement was just closed. From the way it is trading, there's no interest here at all. (Hmmmmmmm!)

Our "H" stock is also going nowhere. I bought mine at .67 and is now bid .35 (Hmmmmmmmm!)

There are two more stocks in "the pipeline" - the "I" stock which you already may know about and another "Z" stock which started trading last week under it's new name. I will not post my opinion about these two in an open forum. If you would like to know what I think email me your phone # and I'll call you.

More thoughts - things I dream about that worry me: "Buy a shell", "Do a reverse split", "Merge your company into the shell", "Quietly begin trading under a new name while insiders and friends load up on cheap stock", "Get the public involved to run up your stock", "Insiders blow out paper causing share price to deterriorate", "Blame it on shorts", "Next deal". Is this the speculative phase of a bull market? (Hmmmmmmmmmm!)

Ever heard the phrase "There a sucker born every minute"?
I feel like I have 8 lives.

Reborn again and feeling great,
Gary
