Dude, I'll say it again here. If you are interested if a fair vote count, you must recognize that in an election of this import, you CAN'T be fair and use a hand-count recovery of machine rejected ballots in only partisan counties. Don't you agree? If it's clear that Bush couldn't catch up by hand-counting the rest of the counties, he should concede. But anything less than a fair application of vote counting methods across the state would not cut the mustard in determining who should concede. To be fair, you either use the machine count Bush wants, the full state hand-count, or, a re-vote of some sort based on the butterfly issues.

What's this whoey about being afraid of limits on free speech? There ARE limits and they are just fine, thank-you. You know, fire in a crowded theater and all? Don't tell me you expect anyone reading you to fear Bush would take away free speech, not with a straight face!
