(the "Company") is pleased to announce the conclusion of the legal dispute between Thermo Tech(TM) Technologies Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Thermo Tech(TM) Waste Systems Inc. ("Thermo Tech(TM)"), and Trooper Technologies Inc. and their subsidiary, International Eco-Waste Systems, S.A. ("Trooper"). The parties have agreed to mutual releases in respect to the legal actions between them and to the return to Thermo Tech(TM) of all drawings and documents held by Trooper. These releases include all employees, officers and directors, past or present of the companies. In recognition of these releases and the conclusion of legal disputes and claims between the Company and Trooper, Thermo Tech has paid to Trooper CDN$500,000 by way of a settlement. The release and settlement agreement specifically conclude all outstanding issues related to Supreme Court of British Columbia, New Vancouver Registry Action No. C976669 and SCBC Vancouver Registry No. C982650.
