Bottom line is that Bush has been willing to accept the electronic recounts in every contested election. The fact that Gore is forcing manual recounts is a long, dark tunnel with very little light at the end of it. Nasdaq futures down 89 points right now. Dow futures down 120... That market does not like Gore's dragging out the results. Further trivia from CNBC.. Nasdaq was down 12% last week, the 3rd worst showing since it first opened in 1971.
