Bull. My guess about the PPT game plan at this point:

1. Allow the stock and bond markets to decline. Instead concentrate on slowing the rate of decline as much as possible and short circuit a "panic" sell off.

2. If the dollar comes under heavy attack, shift all resources to supporting the buck and abandon the stock mkt.

This is going to get VERY ugly before it's over.
