With that post I can mostly agree in as long as a president is named relatively soon...If after overseas ballots are counted and these recounts (you have to admit that at sometime you have to put a lid on the recounts..maybe let each pick 3 counties or something) are done the loser should concede..These rules should be agreed upon by both parties within the next day or two so after this process is completed there will be no more political wrangling.
