Dave: The Florida Secretary of State, who was also the Bush Election State Chairman, is now closing down the vote as of Tuesday afternoon... This means that the hand counts will be abruptly stopped... IF Bush wins this way, he's going to lose the respect of many people in his own party... Whenever you thwart the right of people to have their votes counted you breed mistrust... The people of many countries around the world can attest to that... It's not acceptable to have votes thrown out en mass because a machine couldn't read them... That's not the American way... Then again, maybe it is... Jim
