Ted what I was specifically referring to was your response to Joe when he said "Something like this (the proposition) doesn't happen in vacuum. There must have been some gross injustice done to someone or a group of people that motivated them to put this on the ballot."

Your response was "Yes, it was the preservation of the environment." To which I replied that an injustice in the name of a good cause is still injustice.
Your response seemed to indicate that you had the opinion that at least minor injustices where just fine as long as they are good for the environment. You may not actually hold this opinion but your post implied that you did.

I was not commenting specifically on the new law. If it truly does allow people to ask for the moon for minor reductions in value of their property then the law might be wrong but the concept behind it is right.
