I think that the most essential question is if Li-polymer technology will have a foothold in the industry. For years now, Telecordia tried to have a "go" at it, apparently not with much success. The holy one is way behind schedule and reschedule, and Lev would not commit to the time frame when the $70 MM or so run rate will be achieved. I think that the existing licensees of Telecordia now a lot about the impediments to the technology. If they start and sign licensing agreements with the holy one, that should be a sign that the technology has merit, and that the holy one has a lock on the technology. If that is the case, the stock could react to the perception that future royalties will be more important than manufacturing profits, and the question will be what is the time frame and extent of future penetration of the $8 B market.
