You clearly swallow whole all GOP character-assasination propaganda. Not having any real dirt on Al, that was their intention, to dig up miniscule changes and exaggerations then use those to try and create doubt about Gore's character and to distract voters from Al Gore's true weighty accomplishments. They magnify and amplify any small issue over a 24 year career and his entire life it seems then point to the rubber-band ball they've concocted and say "See? This man cannot be trusted!" But it's all just concocted dirt without substance. They exaggerate about the exaggerations which makes them liars themselves.
"Lies, lies, lies", they lie, and partisans like you parrot the lies and exaggerations like the good right-wingers you are hoping for something (anything) to stick. It's all just stinky politics and amounts to a shoddy and shallow attempt at character assasination. Still, disinformation works to a degree, which is why they use it, especially against a candidate with so many virtues and strengths compared to theirs. Then they try to make it a virtue that Bush has never claimed to have accomplished much of anything in his life and even has a sense of humor about his shallowness and lack of mental dexterity . That they claim is being truthful. And I guess maybe it is.
