No it will not. After all of this, will you know how every Florida voter voted? No you will not. This is a statistical dead heat. There will be no mandate. A decisive winner. Not this election.

I'm sure if Gore wins, you will be happy and say it's the decisive will of the Florida voters. If Bush wins you will say he won on a technicality. This election is a travesty. No matter who wins there will be doubt, and justifiably so. This election process is a failure.

I am advocating Bush to concede because of the inability of the process to declare a true winner. I'd say you will never hope that Gore concedes, because you want to win at all cost. Fairness be damned!, we want our man.
