RICK is an alright place. It's just like any other topless bar
in Houston. Watch out for the new SOB ordinance. It has a real
possibility of closing Rick's down in Houston. In fact, the
ordinance was passed because Robert Watters bought a piece of land
in the Rice University area with the intention to open club #2 in
Houston. He's laid pretty low since and has let the other clubs do
the fighting for him ( Colorado and the Ritz ).

Whatever happened to the idea of Rick's swallowing Shiek's Palace
in Minnesota? It was announced then suddenly silence. There are
plenty of better investments around.
