Seconds -- In case you couldn't listen in, the new Virtual Advisor content provider is Etak (and Metro Networks), and the new service is location-based traffic information using GPS and covering 92% of the urban U.S. population. This new service could be included in the Virtual Advisor fee, or may be a separate fee -- not yet determined by OnStar. Virtual Advisor begins rollout in the NE at end of this year, and national in Q1 2001. Chet still expects 1 million vehicles enabled by year-end 2000, and he has "high expectations" for the Virtual Advisor service. ea
