INTEK - What's Next?

To All Readers:

IMHO the Reg S/Debenture payoff sets the stage for INTEK (and therefore SECURICOR)to move forward with its ... uh ... gameplan? ... presuming there is a gameplan, of course. I believe there is some fashion of direction here ... if I were but to look at John Simmonds and his modus operandi while at GlenAyre Technology.

That *m.o.*, if I recall, involved buy-outs.

Now certainly INTEK can plod along and pick up its customer base on a day by day basis --- Time Warner here, Brinks there etc., etc.

An easier method would be to buy up the companies that have an existing customer base. I believe this is what the *m.o.* will be.

Who will that be?

Number one ... maybe ... would be EF JOHNSON

Number two .... perhaps the partnership between Ericcson/GE?

And where will these funds come from ...

Of course there's always SECURICOR to lend funds .... but, SEC. nows holds what ... ? ... about 25 million shares?

I would tend to think that the earlier hookup with LEHMAN Bros. will come into play with a SECONDARY OFFERING of general public stock. It would take 4 to 6 weeks for such an offering to be prepared and placed (if not ready already!) ....

If I were at the helm, so to speak, I would be certain to implement a carefully planned Public Relations program leading up to a stock offering.

The INTEK technology is excellent. The product is good. Feedback I have had from TIME WARNER folks is that the product has been especially clean in its operation; a significant bonus is its use in data transmission.

Frankly, I see IDCC becoming a major player .... especially because of the involvement of John Simmonds and Securicor ... these are serious players ... who like to do things in excellence. Simmonds owns 5 million shares; SEC owns 25 million shares .... what's left ... uh ... 7 or 8 million (somebody check my math) ... I see the GlennAyre Tech strategy written someone significantly over this future ...

This stock is cheap right now. The one problem I see coming up is whether there will be any stock right now to buy out there? ... or in the future. Nicholas Wilson is still sitting on how many shares .. maybe 200k? How much are the market makers holding? I don't kno

Next PR? New CEO announced? more deals like TimeWarner or Bricks (nah .... that's small stuff). Acquisitions. That's the name of the game here, folks, boys and girls. That would fit the EXCELLENCE model that a multi-billion-$-based co. like SECURICOR would follow ... as would John Simmonds.

Any comments out there? This board is pretty lonely ....

Good investing to you all!
