martin, agreed about bush. he doesn't want a manual count b/c it opens the arena to bush losing. iow, he can't gain, he can only lose. however, gore doesn't want a statewide recount either. he'd prefer to steal a win by manipulating the laws of florida to his self interest. this wouldn't bother me so much if he didn't say things like "the election should not be won a technicality" and "we are concerned about the true intention of the state of florida." poppycock. he's concerned only about not winning and would love to win on a technicality (hand counting in certain areas to boost his votes). follow the actions, not the words. amewrican politicians are despicably dishonest and amoral. and america loves it.
