Update on the Resource Meter. I was playing with my computer and a dialogue box popped up asking me if I wanted to convert my files/programs to FAT32. I said sure, why not? After an impressive amount of complex activity, the computer said the process was done. Now I notice that on my Resource Meter, the GDI and Systems Resources are staying steadily at a very high level. Amazing change of performance.

So what is FAT32 and how come my computer waited 2 years to ask me if I wanted to try it?
