Democrats said they want to follow the Florida law. Now that the Florida Secretary of State says there will be no extension for the 5 PM filing deadline tomorrow, the Democrats are filing lawsuits to overturn this law and seek an extension. In effect they are not happy with the law because it does not benefit them. Kind of like Scumbria... when something doesn't go his way he starts to whine.
