From my understanding, the refusal to extend the deadline was based on Florida Statutes... it was not an arbitrary decision. With this in mind, I feel that it is highly doubtful that a court would reverse the decision.

I agree that the Bush camp's filing of the lawsuit requesting an injunction was a mistake - essentially pointless. So far the courts are merely interpreting Florida Law - that is what they are there for, and I don't feel that they would risk intruding themselves in such a way as to be accused of partisanship.

Just my thoughts... *smile*...
