Paret: The Secretary of State has discretion to extend the deadline... Did you know she is seeking a job in the Bush administration? Every voter has the right to have their vote counted... If a machine disenfranchises thousands of voters, the Secretary of State can step forward to correct that wrong... She has the power to let the hand count continue...
