Harvey:

First, nah. Nobody expected Bush to win in Fed court when Gore would be arguing this is a state issue.

However, Bush, that tricky son of a gun, may have just pulled off a Major victory.

Gore had too argue that Fed Courts should not be involved. HE WON. But he is now precluded from arguing that Federal Courts should be involved. Its called res judicata.

Now who (or is it whom) does that leave?.......THE FLORIDA STATE COURTS, you know, the one Jeb is the Governor of??
