Maybe my memory is playing tricks again, or the fumes from a recent furniture re-finishing job is sinking in while I sleep, but I'm convinced that a guy on Wall Street Week told Loo Roo? that CSCO wasn't all that great of an investment last Friday.

If there's anything that's sure to make a stock go down, it's a recommendation on Wall Street Week. Looks like the converse could be true too.
