I glad to hear you don't think my opinion matters but then I wonder why you reply to me. Of course, you have not stated anything to support the notion that there is any substance to the claim here nor any indication that you understand the issues at hand. The bottom line is that no matter what one's political affilation is, Bush was asking a federal court to create a new right under the 14th amendment that has no precedent, no support in history or tradition and is against for the last 30 years. In addtion, I don't need to read articles to know there is no forum shopping here, as a constitutional claim can of course be brought in either state or federal court, so I'm not sure what you are even talking about here. Of course, Bush did rel well in court this morning, didn't he? The judge didn't even need to think about it but dismissed it immediately.

If you think this is merely a strategic move, I agree with you. I think this was a frivolous suit brought to divert attention from the actions of the republican secretary of state this morning. This might be a brilliant political move but doesn't change my original statement that the lawsuit is a joke.
