WTMHouston In rereading your 3083 post I recalled on reading it the first time. Even though these quotes were not footnoted they are to my knowledge accurate. I believe these statements were qualified as "forward looking" as is noted on the 10Q. I am not an attorney and due to the precise nature of that post I did and do not feel qualified to respond as I might misstate matters of law. Ordinarily I'd call the Lawyers in but they'd tell me to stop wasting my time. Good thing I own the company. Oil sand recovery in Canada, new process this is a speculative investment. They could not have predicted the extremely brutal winter that was endured this year. Just my opinion. jjb
