at the Las Vegas International Truck Show,... IVS's technology
was demonstrated at:

* Mack Trucks for the heavy duty applications;
* Hewlett Packard for the light vehicle application,

The demonstration consisted of a live, real-time monitoring of a truck
travelling through British Columbia, we were in contact with the driver
by cellular phone, and the audience(s) could watch the performance
parameters of the truck on a large computer screen while we instructed
the driver to adjust his gas, braking, etc.

The demonstration(s) were very successful, and we received some very
strong interest in the technology. At the tradeshow, it was obvious that
the industry is quickly heading to embrace this technology, and at this
time, there is no other product available offering the comprehensive
features of IVS.

Both market applications (heavy and light duty) were very well received.
Our relationship with Mack is very strong, and they are anxious to
incorporate our technology, in fact Mack was actively marketing the
relationship by hosting the demonstration at their booth, and handing
out information sheets and demo diskettes.

Also, there were some automotive journalists at the demos, and I suspect
we will get some coverage in some truck industry magazines in the near
future.
