| Not at all, Rarest of Birds, I am quite concrete. I find that those who no nothing of guns and who are not used to dealing with the concrete world have the sorriest grasp of gun control. Contrary to the recent hoopla regarding dotcoms, and other high tech, software, etc, the world exists mostly due to the wonders of indoor plumbing. Regardless of what laws you pass, the ability to manufacture a mechanical device, i.e., firearms, designed 100 odd years ago is child's play. In a huge country like the USA, you will never be able to stamp out a black market manufacturing process to provide weapons to the criminal market. |
