There has been a MAJOR TECHNICAL BREAKOUT of APCC TODAY. As I have noted in previous posts APCC has been forming a large inverted head and shoulders. If you look at a chart you can see the first shoulder on 3/27-4/17/97 followed by the head bottom on 4/28 and the last shoulder on 5/08- 5/27 (today). The neckline is 21 3/8 if you draw the trendline from 2/13/97 to today 5/27/97. Todays close was 21 11/16 after touching a high of 21 3/4. This is a clear breakout of the neckline trendline and should proceed to give us a very accelerated rise to an initial target of 26 7/8, the bottom of the gap left open on 02/11/97.

APCC is the market leader in uninteruptible power supplies and software. This company is financially solid as a rock and growing at a conservative rate of 20-25% and more likely faster than that. With companies like DELL GATE and ACER rapidly moving up in price it is just a matter of days until APCC catches on with the next wave of peripheral buying. REMEMBER, if sales are so great for those guys , then sales must be good for APCC, due to the fact that they have bundling agreement with all these companies and many more. And its just not home pc's, but rather server business that must have power back up!! Server business is booming, so its an easy assumption that APCC business is booming as well. The charts are letting us know early. There is going to be a retest of the high at 31 and change before the year is out, I am sure. NOW IS THE TIME TO GET BACK INTO APCC...........IMHO......;^)

P.S. 3rd and 4rth Q are traditionally much stronger for APCC, than first half of year.....big things ahead...
