What is everyone looking for to indicate a bottom? I watch a bunch of things like the tick, trin, vix, support levels and sentiment. I have also been looking for capitulation in the last of the high flyers. Tech stocks like BRCD, JNPR and GLW needed to correct, but so did the biotech/genomic stocks. Is it possible that Barron's has been going through trying to systematically get the capitulation in each sector to facilitate a soft landing rather than a panic like August 14th. Is there any sector that has not yet been hit by the correction? If so, maybe Barron's will be writing about them next.
