If Bush has not missed the 72 hour deadline ... then he still has some arrows in his quiver 1. If the Secretary of State's deadline is not overturned, then Bush probably wins. 2. If the Secretary of States deadline is extended, by court order, Bush could still win if the hand recount still puts him ahead. This appears unlikely, based on the early results. 3. If 1 or 2 don't happen, then Bush could ask for a hand recount in the Republican counties, and probably pick up extra votes there. Any comments?
