Tucker Anthony's research report dated 5-21-97 on APCC maintains a BUY rating on this stock with a nine to 12 month price target of $31.

This was received today by their clients and might help explain today's price jump, with a volume of only 720,000.

I appreciate your analysis of the price flucuations of the past few months.
