You just played an arbitrator. LOL A mediator doesn't get to render a definitive decision; he/she only gets to bring the parties to a mutual agreement (if possible) using coercion, force, or the velvet glove treatment (in a PG sort of way). Sorry for the legalspeak.

I can't wait to see your response to this. And I bet you'd make a great mediator.
