Yes, I believe those groups you wish to exclude should get the right to vote, and I believe it improves the quality of the elections because I think the closer to 100% we get, the better the election is. However, your thinking is self-centered -- you believe it's quality if it conforms to your personal views. So be it.

Someday you may be in one of those groups you currently despise (say, poor vision, easily confused -- it could be caused by the early stages of a common disease, you know). You could be in an accident that puts you there overnight. Hopefully if that ever comes to pass, the people who think their votes are more important, the exclusionary thinkers, won't have prevailed over your right to vote in an effort to improve the quality of the election.

I'm now wondering how you explain the apparent contradictions of so-called intelligent people voting for a dimwit and so-called dimwits voting for an intelligent person...
