My name is Jim and I dabbled in penny stocks. (Hi Jim) Looks like AMQC has gone the way of the Dodo. The officers have quit. The banks have moved in to take possession of assets. The stock is no longer trading. All on the QT, very hush hush... Who is the first (ex)company officer to go to prison I wonder? Alas that probably will never happen. We can only hope that someone at the SEC is listening. Anyone who bought this stock for the long run got screwed. First the high handed reverse split, now a midnight move out. I ordered the certificate for this pooch so I can frame it. I'll be able to sit back and say "See there! That's why I only invest in AAA blue chips and Class A mutual funds". Probably won't even get that... too bad.
