more proof...PROXY MAILING DATE. I have just spoken with a 'Betty', client services, MONTREAL TRUST. They are mailing out Gravis Form of Proxy, Information Circular and Annual Report on the 28th...exactly 31 days (legal minimum) prior to the AGM and Gravis chose the absolute minimum response time available for shareholders as the 31 days begins with the {mailing} date. (interestingly Betty said tomorrow the 27th but then corrected herself and said the 28th...) Understand that MONTREAL TRUST is in Canada and this is a slow boat mailing to another country and worse some/many proxies are being mailed to proxy dept's at shareholder's brokerages firms, which then must be timely turned around and distributed from NY HQ's eventually to the shareholder wherein a return envelope is enclosed BACK TO NY HQ's (where most proxies for most companies are handled) and then forwarded back to MONTREAL TRUST in British Columbia, all 48 hours before the AGM, which would have to by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, July 25th. This simply is not possible and Gravis knows this as this has been a major issue for many years now and they are violating this issue worse this year than ever before. One must ask, why would Gravis 1) do this? and 2) not advise their shareholders about the Proxy process? Gravis is clearly more interested in their Directors and their management than their shareholders. WHEN YOU GET YOUR PROXY, VOTE IT, SIGN AND DATE IT, AND MAIL TO ADDRESS POSTED BY JIM PRECISELY AS JIM DESCRIBED. Thank you Jim and David for your votes of confidence.
