Gee, whole "intelligible" SENTENCES? -- and even, bless my soul, whole PARAGRAPHS?!

Aren't we the lucky populace!

Don't you see that scared squirrel look pass across his face when he's asked a question, until he locates the sound bite he's supposed to produce?

And when he leaves the script, the oddities really kick in.

An "occasional verbal stumble" is not important. Incoherence at a certain level has implications that are disturbing, in the most powerful man on earth. But hey, maybe that's just me!

I can't help but wonder if all that alcohol might not have done some damage.

If Cheney didn't think Bush was a dodo he wouldn't have had to make such a show of intellectual humility on his own part. It was a truly fascinating display.
