i wasn't referring to you with the "losing their cool" remark. i was talking about all the rest of us. :-)

i don't think we should vote on this either. them votes is such squirrely little varmints that once you let 'em out of the box they scamper who-knows-where and are just impossible to count.

good of you to take the pressure off dealie and do the canning yerself - she doesn't need that stress. not for what you pay her. :-)
