Hi, Ish, honey. It's been ages since I talked to you. Yes, that's the sort of test he seems to pass handily. I'd probably stay in the fishing boat if he were rowing, whereas if Gore were in the boat and started talking, I would fling myself into the water hastily and head for shore, lol!
The Ship of State may be another matter.
Of course he won't be rowing, then. He'll just be pretending. Remember, all issues have to be reduced to a two page briefing for him (or is it one page?) -- which he is liable to toss down and ask, instead of reading it, "What's the bottom line?" Clearly, he is dyslexic, and I suspect has deeper cognitive problems than that, but this is just an intuitive reaction to seeing him and listening to him.
Under a Bush administration, our rulers will be those who have the power to answer his "What's the bottom line" question when he asks it in the way that will produce in him the emotion they want him to have and the action they want him to take, the order they want him to issue. We won't know their names. |
