CONSTELLATION 3D INC - Approved for Nasdaq National Market Listing

Constellation 3D, Inc. ("C3D" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that its application to list its Common Stock on the NASDAQ National Market has been approved. Trading of the common stock on the Nasdaq National Market is expected to begin on Wednesday, November 15, 2000. The ticker symbol will be CDDD.
