Thanks for the clarification. I stand corrected. I see that they are all Democrats. My point remains however that the hand recount is continuing with deliberate pace. Since there is no delay being introduced to drag this out and since they are moving with diligence, the extension could be made but for Katherine Harris partisan desire to tip the election to Bush.
