I think that the next speculative phase is a way off. I believe that the next rally will be fueled by growth and actual earnings. Regardless of market psychology, if you have profitability coupled with aggressive growth, there will be someone there to make an investment. The next phase will be based more in fundamentals, but I do think that the place to be will be in specific techs and that, once again, it will turn into a speculative frenzy. If we are lucky, the speculative phase is several years out.
