The law is clear and specific.

Florida has a law requiring manual recounts for close elections. Obviously enough time must be granted to do so.

It seems pretty likely that this law takes precedence over an arbitrary and unattainable deadline.

Of course, you never know which kangaroo court judge will try to be the hero that puts Bush in the Whitehouse:
