It's simply a matter of statistical probability. If the vote is 50-50, then it is highly likely a hand recount would fall the same way. Then you factor in nearly 5K overseas ballots. Which I figure will go over 65% to Bush, and Bush wins easily. The only reason Gore has climbed to within a thousand votes is because of fraud in PBC. The numbers don't add up there. You know it, and I know it. And it's the main reason you ignored my statistical analysis of voter behavior the other night. 29,702 votes are missing in PBC, which most assuredly heavily favored Bush.
