Scumbria - "Florida has a law requiring manual recounts for close elections. Obviously enough time must be granted to do so. It seems pretty likely that this law takes precedence over an arbitrary and unattainable deadline." Florida has a law that ALLOWS a manual recount. It also has a law the REQUIRES certification by 5 P.M. Tuesday. Of course some kangaroo court will not feel the need to follow the law. That's the Clintonian way. Joe p.s. personal question - do you really care about all this?
