Things are falling into place for Forefront. It is currently completing a 100 tons a day mill on its high grade Mexican property
expected to be in operation in july 1997. The ore was tested in
november of 1996 with a 93 ton sample shipped to a nearby mill.
The average gold grade was1/2 oz per ton and the average silver grade
ran at 18.6 oz per ton. It currently has another 250 tons of high
grade ore ready for shipment and will continue to do so until its own mill is up and running this summer. Cash flow is imminent.
This vein can be traced for 300m on surface.
Other samples assayed as high as 2.9 oz per ton gold and 390 oz silver. Other veins in the immediate area lend great promise, not only for more high grade gold but also for substantial lower grade open pit
operation for long term production. With 57,498 proven tons plus 263,749 tons in the probable and possible category, along with the
official production announcement and the coming drill program, plenty
of excitement is expected this season. Once the cash starts flowing
in from the gold sales there will be little need for the company
to further dilute the stock. It will have all the cash it needs to prove up more ore.
Mr. Sharan, who has just returned from Mexico, has examined and sampled two more properties in chihuahua. A decision will be made in
case Forefront wants to proceed to negotiate to acquire or joint venture these properties.
