You consider anything on the list an accomplishment? Claiming victory, while hoping people will forget the issue is not an accomplishment. Africa is in as much of a mess as it has ever been, so is Northern Ireland, North Korea, Kosovo, Haiti and Middle East is much worse off.

It looks like you had to look for a press release, since understandably, there is nothing memorable that happened in last 8 years.

As far as the WTO/GATT, Clinton could barely deliver a handful of votes from his own party.
