The 1 mil$ I was quoting is meant to represent increased personal earning as a result of decreased tax rates.

I am suggesting it may take years for opportunities to develop or even to be discovered (not necessarily to be analyzed - once an idea or opportunity is identified) - the internet did not explode during Reagan's time - though the infrastructure for it was developed at that time.

Again it is not the analysis of a given business oportunity that could take years. It is the availability of business opportunities in general that takes time.

The whole arguement is to support that the Reagan tax cuts are what has allowed steady and ongoing growth in the current economy by increasing the availability of capital.
