Garban is the inter-broker that David Walsh worked for along with John Faciabene, prior to David's going to the Commodities Exchanges, which was prior to his becoming pres of IXNet. A sizable operation, but just how big? I'd have to explore... but that is likely the connection, I'd assume. Those "legacy" networks that GX is replacing? I guess you can surmise who put those in ;-)
